My dad & step-mom own at the one on 192 & Poinciana Blvd. They bought way back in 1989 or 1990, and purchased the week that began the Firday before President's day. Now that the timeshare has moved to points, they have oodles. They swap out more these days, but they love the resort. The like the lockout option, because they could rent out the larger half and stay in the smaller for virtually nothing.
Sweet! Picked it up off eBay for about $800 with closing costs and the fees are paid till 2011, what a deal. It will be my first time staying off Disney property, so hopefully it will be a good experience. Dec 5-12th.
