Has anyone heard of Avalon Park? I came across their website while doing a home search in Orlando area. I think they are out by UCF. It looks very nice and a bit cheaper than Celebration.www.avalonpark.com

Great info about Celebration. The wife and I threw around the idea about moving there, but we both have jobs that have locked us into our current situation. The fireworks from the balcony sounds awesome!
