I am wanting to book a room only reservation for 2020 in October, when will this be available? I wanted to know what price range i should be looking for as well? Im not sure what a good price is? Also should i keep calling back to check to see if the price has lowered? Thank you

Online booking usually opens up in June for the following year so if you wait a few weeks you'll be able to compare prices online.
As @Lensman pointed out you can book 499 days ahead and I believe this has to be your checkout date but don't hold me to that. Until the dates show up online you can book on the phone but the price will not be definite until the they release prices online.
