Its refreshing to see that Shutters will be making a return. Obviously its just concept art and subject to change, but that was a nice underrated restaurant IMO. These upgrades actually look like they have a good amount of detail and aren't too in line with that really plane and boring look Disney has been going with lately.

Wow!! having been there May 2017 and seeing what it will be--- it looks to be a major improvement. The new lobby looks great can't wait to see it finished. I wonder what the new $ nightly rate will be when completed.

Cbr has always been a resort with tons of potential hopefully these new additions will make it one of the best on property. The location is pretty darn good and the theme most people like while on vacation.

I stayed there a few years ago and one night sitting at the pool bar I was looking around thinking “this is such a beautiful location and setting, it just needs more... life and excitement.” It looks like that is happening and I am excited to see the results!

The concept art looks great, and it does look like some great improvements.

I hope they rearrange some of the bus stops too, and scatter them around instead of each island having one. Seven stops was a lot. Losing Barbados drops tally to 6. Martinique is half an island, just like Trinidad North, so maybe both islands could use the OPR bus stop. That would eliminate two more stops and bring the new tally to 4 bus stops...OPR, Trinidad South, Jamaica, Aruba.

Also, let's hope we get rid of the North and South of Trinidad. How about a Trinidad and another island name ( Barbados, Tobago, etc)

I'm optimistic they will consolidate the OPR, Martinique and Trinidad North bus stops. I feel like that is largely why they are going to the three shelter multiple load zone layout at OPR.

@danlb_2000 forgive me if this is mentioned already but based on what you know/can guess is the re-imagined CBR going to be done in sync with the sky line or will there be a gap?

I see no reason to believe they won't open around the same time. Even if one or the other isn't 100% complete they should both be far enough along that either one can open without the other.

I will be staying at CBR next year from late august till first week of september... won't be getting my hopes up, but it would be nice to get to experience the redesign in person. The concept art looks very nice...

The new Olde Port Royale will be open long before Skyliner. OPR is supposed to be early 2018, Skyliner is not until 2019. The Riviera Resort opening coinciding with Skyliner is the question.

wonder what the price jump will be before the skyline but after the OPR plus the now lower room counts. I'm scared to see.
