Car Service to Question

I am using a car service for the first time to get to the Swan. We have either used Magical Express or had our own car. So, I am wondering from people who have used the car service how much do people usually tip the driver? Also do I tip at after drop off at the hotel or at the end when they drop us back at the airport? Or both? Thanks for any help.

Definitely tip after each trip. Even if you are scheduled to have the same driver, plans change.

We use Sunstate from MCO to Shades of Green- about $100 RT. We tip $10 or $20- usually $20 each way. They handle our bags and are friendly.

20% I what I normally tip although I tend to round up and tip an even $20
