Car rental returns

We are coming from a cruise into Miami. If We rent a car from Alamo, can we return it to the Dolphin and have them drive us to Caribbean Beach Resort or does that only work from the Car Care Centre?

If it was me, I would just drive to CBR, unload luggage then return the car and take the Skyliner back to CBR.
