Can I remove someone from a booked trip?

I got a free dining trip for Sept 2-7 but I'm not sure if my mother can make it or not due to work. Can I remove her down the road or is she stuck on it?

You can make changes to your booking right up to the day it has to be paid off.

I was wondering the same thing. My oldest son is questionable.

Lots of guests book far in advance and because of illness, accidents, work, and unexpected life issues, find they have to cancel trips or adjust plans. Disney gets them all the time. Make sure you call in the cancellation in time so you dont get stuck with the charge. Remember to adjust any dining ADRs you made also.

You can make changes even after final payment, although there may be a charge.

As long as that person is not the lead guest on the reservation, you can remove them. If you remove them after the 30 day mark on a package there is a $50 change fee.
