When did I complain? I purchased at BWV for the exact reasons I mentioned. We spend more time in Epcot than the other parks. We enjoy having the variety of dining and drinking options that the Boardwalk and YC/BC offer. If staying at BWV prevents us from having to take a bus (to and from) to enjoy those amenities and also allows us easy access to return to our room, then it just makes sense. You call it "complaining"???

OKW is a great resort. I never said anything negative about it. We simply enjoy BWV more. I am sure there are just as many people who enjoy OKW over BWV. Are they "complaining" if they express that opinion? Or should DVC be more of a socialism program and everything be exactly the same for everybody?

When we've stayed at BWV, we liked the same things - ability to easily access the dining and drinking options on the boardwalk. Plus it's a nice lively place to just walk around. It's a nice change from the more secluded OKW or SSR, though we like being able to walk over to Disney Springs from SSR.

I think my favorite part of BWV is being able to pop over to Illuminations whenever the schedule allows. We would sometimes park hop over to Epcot in the evenings and catch a few of the rides in Future World, eat dinner, and catch Illuminations. Being able to walk out the International Gateway and back to BWV makes that plan a perennial favorite.

You are saying that If there is an option available that allows a person to get where they desire to be within a few footsteps vs a bus ride and the person chooses the easier option (of footsteps) then they need a little perspective?

You can harp about "need vs want" all you desire, but you are applying it to the concept of a vacation, which entirely falls under the "want", so anything pertaining to said vacation is a want, not a need. But you have already exposed yourself as some sort of socialism vacation warrior and you should not fret as I will be staying at BWV which means one less room taken at your precious motherland, All Star Resort.

I find reporting posts here works fairly well - sometimes other posts get deleted as a part of the 'argument' but at least the main culprit is gone.
