Avoid, avoid, avoid! They're cutting corners everywhere, trying to "compete" with the budget airlines but still charging as if they were a world class airline. Instead they are a major embarrassment. The last time I flew transatlantic with them they managed to lose our luggage too. I will only fly with them if I have no other choice, seriously.

Nothing special about them anymore unless you're an elite member of BA's frequent flyer program. Even though I'm a Oneworld elite, unless it's a nonstop flight to/from a BA city, I've changed from BA to Lufthansa for my transatlantic flights for the better service and more comfortable seats.
