What happened to Brer Bear's tail in the scene where he's tied up in the rope on Splash Mountain?

It's not there anymore. He has a tail in every scene except for that one. It looks like it was intentionally taken off.

just checked my 2005 video .. there was the tail .. so if it's different now they must have chenged it (taken or ripped of)

I actually dont remember a tail when we went in 2006 December. I just remember this hairy bear's butt hanging.

Now it's just a big furry butt.

The tail was pretty funny looking, almost obscene. Maybe that's why they took it off.

He actually has not had a tail since sometime in 2006. Though, speaking on the note of Splash Mountain, have you ever noticed that sometimes there is a piece of chewing gum on a rock?

I never even noticed or remember that. I think I do remember a tail being there but my memory is very shot, any pics.

Does anyone ever remember seeing the brer rabbit at the top of the lift having one foot, it was very hard to spot, but I remember seeing it awhile ago.

it does look like a number of unpleasent things though. even looks that way on the costume..
