If you're referring to the Segway tour at Epcot, you can just call 1-407-WDW-TOUR. They will be able to take care of any questions you may have about the Segway Experience. It's a wonderful tour where you get to see the World Showcase completely empty, and learn a whole lot about it, while riding one of the coolest vehicles on Earth.
