Booking Issue @ BOG

Hi all,

Me and my mate are coming over in October, so I booked Be our Guest for a lunch sit in on the 24th October. Unexpectedly, another friend has booked on, I have tried amending the booking to include one more person, yet it won't allow me to do this.

Are bookings that tight that they can't squeeze a 3rd person onto our existing table?

Does anyone have any experience/advice with this, as I'd be quite disappointed if I'd had to cancel?

Lunch is open seating, so I would try looking for another reservation for 1 or 2 for the same date and time. Or look for a new reservation for 3. You can have different reservations and still sit together.
And definitely don’t cancel yet. October is a log time from now. Try Touring Plans reservation finder if you don’t have luck on your own. It’s always helped us out.

Okay, so I managed to amend the booking to the week after. I have an email saying the reservation is confirmed, yet it's not displayed in the plans section of my app.

Is it booked if its not in the plan on the app?

If you’ve got a confirmation number you should be ok.
