BLT two bedroom Dedicated or lock-off

Two bedroom dedicated has two queen beds instead of pull out sofa bed and you loose kitchenette? and Lock-off has one queen and pullout sofa bed with a kitchenette and a separate door to hallway?? trying to decide which way to go for a family with special needs.. not sure they would want a separate door out.. what are your suggestions? and is this description correct ?

All 2 bedrooms have kitchen. The lock offs have a connecting door as well.

A lock off 2 bedroom will have a full size kitchen and a kitchenette in the lock off studio. The studio will also have a bed and a pull out couch, where the dedicated 2 bedroom will have to beds. The dedicated 2 bedroom will not have the kitchenette in the second bedroom.
