That thinking is way OTT. I sudden loud noise and they would all have flown away and probably not returned.
I reckon those folks in the video had done something to attract them all. I've never seen so many birds - especially crows in one area anyplace in Florida.Perhaps rather than being scared of them then you should just have fun watching them and giving them some food.
