I wonder if the Kevin Feige produced Star Wars film is the one Waititi is directing
While possible, it would be odd that Disney would mention a Feige SW and a Taikiti SW but not mention both of them together on the same movie.

Morbious moved to Oct 8.

Lilo & Stitch hybrid remake added to date TBD

Another youth novel adaptation: Keeper of the Lost Cities. Such movies look to strike Potter gold but wind up duds: BFG, Wrinkle in Time, Artemis Fowl, etc...

Let me guess: A young person discovers there's a magical world and only they can save it. Worked for Potter. Worked for Star Wars. Should work every other time, right, Jupiter Ascending?

Also added MODOK and Hit Monkey: Marvel animation coming to Hulu/Star

The problem is they keep looking towards movies for long-form storytelling of novels. TV is where it's at.

The Golden Compass (Novel) was another in a long line of terrible examples; but his Dark Materials (Series Name) collab between HBO and BBC is great. Likewise a Series of Unfortunate Events was much better on streaming.

We'll see if Disney can pull that off with the Percy Jackson reboot as a series.

What 20th Century Pictures movies is there coming that's from 'Disney's' 20th Century pictures and not just what they inherited from Fox. Be interested if the films themselves take a different tone.

So far, Next Goal Wins is the only announced 20C movie that began production after the Fox purchase.

But there should be a whole raft of unannounced films due in 2022 that are in production now which are all Disneyfied 20C.
