They’ll need Walt Boarding Groups. I miss the days when I could book Walt 60+10 days out. They unfortunately built him as a low capacity ride.

What’s the graphic if the statue goes down? They’ll need Walt Boarding Groups.
I can’t wait for the apathetic CM to come in over the loud speaker with “Walt will begin squatting again immediately.”What’s the graphic if the statue goes down?
Yes, it's been quite a while - but this does bring back that memory of those end of the day walks out of Epcot. This picture... I don't know what it is, but you can FEEL this picture. The lights, the heat, the sky... it gets my heart racing. Like a long, satisfying day at the park is being topped off by Beacons, and then off to see Luminous. Just a great feeling.
Say what you will, and I'll say what I will too, but at the end of the day, that kind of magic will never fade. As long as Disney doesn't screw up more stuff.
Walt out back leaning against a wall smoking. What’s the graphic if the statue goes down?
Walt out back leaning against a wall smoking.
I’m genuinely baffled by this. Why would anyone wait an hour plus to get a picture to get a picture with a permanent statue? Is it for social media? Brand loyalty and consumerism? Is these a dark look at the human condition?
Is there a term we use here for fans like this? I feel like these situations come often with merchandise releases like the Figment bucket, but this one is more confusing to me because the merch at least goes out of stock, that statue is going to be there for a while. Not to put anyone down, do what makes you happy, but I genuinely don’t understand what the appeal is here to warrant this wait from, presumably, locals.
No surprise, but this area really sparkles at night. Maybe small, color changing fountains but they already did that at Magic Kingdom’s Hub.Watching the nighttime shows, I think a fountain would be in the way of the views of everything going on.
Has there been an images of what this area looks at night yet? I don't recall seeing anything from yesterday's media event. This could be a difference maker too IMO.
The points of light are truly doing the heavy lifting.
I believe it is, in fact, the intention to change the look of the gardens for each festival once CommuniCore opens. They did these really cool kinetic sculptures at Disneyland Paris for the 30th, and they could implement something similar throughout the gardens, geared towards specific festivals or events.
There is a lot of potential still for decorations / kinetics as this spaces moves through time.
