Was there last night and saw the cloaking devices installed. Nothing obvious was being done but the concrete is in bad shape. It wouldn’t surprise me if they just removed it and filled it in.

Middle ground for Disney these days is adding more tap cons... Adding a fountain would mean more infrastructure, pump room etc... I would think they are going to skate on the Mulva planter for years to come.

A way to get a big positive response at D23 would be to announce that the plaza in-ground lighting will be replaced with the old (reliable) fiber-optic tech that used to exist outside Innoventions.
