hi everybody..

which water park would be the best to visit on our next trip to WDW..
my bf is not a huge fan of the pools but my daughter loves to swim. I have taken her to both typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach, but only for an hour or two,so i havent really got to see either in detail.
on this trip i would love to spend a day at one of them with both my daughter and bf so which do we go to so they both enjoy the day..

thanks in advance for any advice/tips

I'm a huge fan of the Typhoon Lagoon!!! Wave pool is one of the best that I ever been too!!! The shark reef is really cool too. Crush N Gusher the watere coaster is so much fun! My vote is for TL!!!

The theming of Typhoon Lagoon cannot be matched. However, many would argue that Blizzard Beach offers more for the toddler set.

I would vote for TL, more shade. One thing is to arrive early, as the good spots will go fast (chairs under the awnings) and the lines are shorter for most of the slides/rides.

Blizzard Beach is the better option for the toddlers. There are slides especailly for the little ones and a good sized sandpit for them to dig in. I do prefer Typhoon Lagoon for myself but my son gets quickly bored with Castaway Creek and Ketchakidee Creek just isn't as good as Tike's Peak. The fact that he is too small to go on any of the main slides means that we are more inclined to head for the waterpark that offers more for him.

Typhoon Lagoon to relax, enjoy the lazy river, snorkel with the sharks and play in the sand. Blizzard Beach to go on the rides (not enough shade for me there though).

We loved both. I would suggest Blizzard Beach just b/c the "Ski patrol training camp" is more suited for your daughter's age and the kid tube ride will give you an idea if she is ready to try the larger slides. You can also take the chair lift to the family ride which is a "must do!" :p
TL has a great toddlers section, thrill rides a wave pool for strong swimmers.

Either way enjoy ;)
