The cinnamon loaf from Kringla Bakery was really good.

Somehow I have never heard of this. After extensive research it appears I will now need to book a trip around it.

Well don't book your trip Feb. through summer this year. It appears this bakery will be closed for a refurb at that time. However, "during the closure, a temporary location called Midnattsol Bakeri will open on the World Showcase promenade. Many of the pastry items will be served at the temporary kiosk, including the guest favorite School Bread." So, if the cinnamon loaf is still on the menu, you might not be forsaken.
