What are the best breakfast choices in Disney?

Would like some character breakfasts

Any good non character breakfasts? :)

Not old, just vintage.
Whispering Canyon Cafe isnt character but it is very entertaining.

Ive heard excellent things about the buffet at The Wave. For a character breakfast, Ohana would be my choice. Very yummy.

You prob won't be disappointed with any character breakfast. If character's aren't your thing Whispering Canyon and Kona are both amazing

We've done Chef Mickey's, Crytal Palace and 1900 Park Fare. They were all very nice. As far as non-character breakfasts, I've never been but I heard good things about Kona Cafe and we ate at Captains Grille @ Yacht Club and it was tasty!

I feel like Chef Mickeys is just way too overpriced anymore. We broke tradition & skipped it last trip.

For characters and a magical morning experience we do Crystal Palace prior to park opening on non-morning-emh days at the Magic Kingdom. We aren't all that into the Pooh characters but the food is good. This early strategy also applies to Tusker House at Animal Kingdom w/better characters. My favorite breakfast spots thus far would be Whispering Canyon and Kona Cafe. Looooove 'em!

2 weeks ago we had breakfast ADRs at Crystal Palace (Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger) and 'Ohana (Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch). Both were really fun, but I'd have to give the edge to 'Ohana because we liked the food better. Sorry, can't comment on any non-character meals.

Good luck picking one! I'm sure there are lots of other good choices.

I definitely vote Chef Mickey's...

I love their breakfast, and I'm 26 with no kids so I certainly don't go there for the characters. I just love their food.

That and the stand outside of the Animal Kingdom that sells the Bowties... best bowties I've ever had in my life!

For character breakfasts, we (my husband & I) like both the Crystal Palace at MK, and the Tusker House at DAK (DAK wins if we have to choose just one).

For a quickservice breakfast, we go to The Land at EPCOT, and head to Sunshine seasons. They have a classic adult platter (eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes) that we both enjoy.

We LOVE the Supercalafragic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. AWESOME Character Breakfast. Chef Mickeys and Crystal Palace are great too. I was not so hot on Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House in AK.

Kona Cafe is an excellent breakfast place. I would definitely go there. I also love the french toast at Grand Floridian Cafe.

In terms of character breakfasts, I would say Crystal Palace or 'Ohana are probably the best of the lot.

The Character Breakfast at Cape May Cafe doesn't seem to be getting any love, and that one is my favorite based on the food! :slurp:

Olivia's Restaurant at Old Key West is a laid-back atmosphere for a non-character, non-buffet breakfast. They offer some unique menu items based on their "Florida Keys" theme, and all of the traditional breakfast foods are available as well.

Last summer we had breakfast at the following

Tusker house
1900 Park Fare
Ohana
Chef Mickeys
Crystal Palace

and the only one we plan on doing again is 1900 due to the characters and maybe Tusker House due to the specialty foods. Other than that all the food at the breakfasts was a little boring.
