Golden Oak owners are also, AFAIK, the first to be offered Club 33 memberships. They get purchases at WDW stores home delivered. They initially got four or five 5-year PAPs. Concierge service for ADRs and other reservations.
I'm looking forward to taking advantage.

I'm surprised they're not being offered to existing DLR Club 33 members first.
They have their own bus, it's one of those Mercedes vans. They just share the load zone. No regular Disney busses go to Golden Oaks
Why is this an issue? Do people who are fortunate enough to own, or be staying, at a home in Golden Oaks think those value conscious vacationers have two heads and may smell or have some dreadful disease?

The sprinter picks us up in front of a house and drops us wherever we wish throughout Disney property.
