Best Caricature Artist

Do they exist? What I really mean to ask is, is each artist assigned to a certain location and if so, where would you recommend getting one done it? My husband and I had one done 3 years ago, just him and I. We will have at the time, (March) a 9 month old, so it will be the three of us. I am partial to the color ones, that don‘t look too awful exaggerated. Any suggestions on where we should go? Thank you.

I don't know if he is there anymore, but the artist in the Polynesian did a great caricature of my son at age 12. I still have it in my office 10 years later. That said, I just realized it's been 10 years since we last stayed at the Poly.
