Best area to stay in Coronado Springs?

Cabanas. 3 out of our 4 stays in Coronado have been in the Cabanas. We love the convience to the main lobby and pool (though it can depend on which section).

Much like Buzz, my family and I are Coronado addicts. We love the Coronado!

So if we switched from POR to Coronado Springs we get free dining... yeah. My DH is being difficult because he likes taking the boat to DTD .... Can someone tell me which area is best to book in at CS? I really want to convince him to make the switch.

By the lobby! It is a far walk from the rooms by the pool to the lobby and the bus stops aren't exactly a stones throw either!

Buildings 1-5(Casitas) are what I prefer. They're close to the lobby and the first bus stop when the buses enter the resort. If you prefer swimming at the pool, this isn't for you due to the distance. It's a long walk since you have to go around the lake. I often go to other hotels(AKL, Grand Floridian, Polynesian) and swim in their pools. Other than that, it's a really good location.

The preferred rooms are in the Casitas section, close to the lobby.
