Most likely to provide a quicker way to clear tables. Plastic utensils?!? Doubt if it has anything to do with shareholders.

I know people who work at popular mid range restaurants.....the amount of time to run a load of dishwasher was amazingly quick...like 90 seconds or something, basically its a mega rinse and ultra hot santization blast....surely Disney has high capacity dishwasher/sterilizer machines.....makes more sense its to handle a dishwasher refurb....
