Our use year is Feb. We have 175 points that became available Feb 2022. We haven't used them and my deadline for banking them into 2023 is Sep 30, 2022.

We are planning a trip for early October 2023 to celebrate our twin daughters senior years in high school. I am aware that my 11 month window for our home resort (VGF) is November 2022 but if I bank my 2022 points to 2023 will they be available in November 2022 for my 11 month booking window?

Yes.

You need to bank those points to get them into your 2023 Use Year. Then, in November 2022, you'll book your October 2023 trip using those points.

Yes.

Those points expire on Jan 31st 2023.

October 2023 falls in your 2023 use year. To use your 2022 points for then means you need to bank them.

Then when you book in November it will automatically use your banked points first.
