Average Frame Rate--pre-1966 Disney animated feature

Does anyone know the average frame rate for the animated films made by Walt Disney during his lifetime? Is it 16, 24, 30...?

I don't know for sure about the earliest silent animation, but the feature films work on 24 frames per second and that's how they were animated.
