Armed Forces Salute--twice in one year by military member and spouse?

Hi! I know there is a limit for 6 Armed Forces Salute tickets during the promotional period. However, does that account for both spouses? For instance, my father purchased 6 tickets for our trip in March and we are going in December, as well. Can my mom (valid military spouse ID) order the tickets through Shades of Green and would that "count" or are we safe doing that? Thanks in advance!

When I have used them, the purchase is done at your local military ticket office and activation is done at a ticket window or guest services. At the time of activation, I believe they tie the active duty or retired military ID to the tickets. With that information, I believe two military members could each purchase and activate the allocation of six tickets, but military dependents are tied to the sponsors ID and would not be eligible for additional tickets. That said, this is just an observation of the process as I have used it. Disney guest services would have to provide the definitive answer.

The Disney Promotional ticket is 6 per Service Member. While the current spouse may purchase it all ties back to the Service Member.

The answer is no - IF you are going on or before December 16. From my local base’s MWR ticket office:

Note that it says ‘limit 6 per family per year (military member or spouse, but not both)”

I guess there will be a ‘new year’ of tickets for dates staring after December 17 that either your mom or dad could purchase?? But my local MWR doesn’t have them yet.
