Oh, so your "hatred" fluctuates from team to team too? :animwink:

For the record, I've hated Dallas for years. I used to hate the Steelers until I married one of their fans. A happy wife = a happy marriage.

Yes, it does...but not do to it being the trendy thing to do. Arrogance and Hypocracy from LT and the crew is what formed my opinion.

Read the post above which I was writing as you were posting yours

Yeah, I agree with that. (3 times now?)

I'm pulling for the Pats or Chargers to win it all.

It really is nice of them to have Pitchers and Catchers report so soon after the end of football season. Makes those of us that don't really follow basketball and hockey have no real withdrawal period for sports talk.

This year will vastly PALE in comparison to last year up here in Beantown.

Dice-K Fever was running rampant!

Yeah, but I was in Orlando last year and Buffalo this year, so I wasn't anywhere near the Dice K stuff. But that's okay, at least I'll be getting my baseball fix again soon. And at least I have a AAA team here that plays the Paw Sox a few times a year.

Well out of the 8 teams that were left, 4 of them are out of it and 4 are left.

I wish Dallas was going to the NFC championship this year, but I am still happy that they had a great year :) Maybe Dallas will go to the NFC Championship next year

Anyways It looks like I will be getting off of work at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday and it does not take me long to walk from my work place to my house. So I will be home in time for both Championship games this Sunday :)

What 2 teams will win this Sunday and what team will win the Super Bowl ? Well I will enjoy watching the next 3 Championship games this year and finding out :king:

I love this stuff from DJ Gallo's most recent article on ESPN.com. It's a bunch of mock "Priceless Pep Talks" in the style of the Peyton Manning commercials:

And now, another priceless pep talk for Peyton Manning:

"Bummed about that loss? Wish you had another shot to knock off the undefeated Patriots? Understandable. But don't sweat it. You're still the reigning Super Bowl champ. Yeah, you know it. You're the man. But only for 20 more days. Then you're crap again. So live it up."

And now, another priceless pep talk for Peyton Manning:

"Throw another tipped pass that was intercepted in the red zone? Too bad. Here's what you need to do: Work on your accuracy. Maybe watch a game tape of Tom Brady for some tips. That guy went 26-for-28. He's awesome. Plus, watching him is easy on the eyes. Total dreamboat."

And now, another priceless pep talk for Peyton Manning:

"So I hear you're upset about losing at home in the divisional playoffs. Worried people are going to call you a choker again? Don't be. You played well. You just had a few bad breaks. And you were up against a buzz saw. That Billy Volek has never lost in the playoffs. He's a dynamo."

And now, another priceless pep talk for Peyton Manning:

"Worried that your coach might be retiring? Understandable. You've had success together. But don't sweat it. You call all of your plays at the line of scrimmage anyway. You could be coached by a gerbil."

And now, another priceless pep talk for Peyton Manning:

"Jealous of your brother? Wish you were him right now? Don't be. Remember growing up how your mom used to change his diapers? Let me let you in on a little secret: He's still wearing them. Yeah. You know it."

And now, another priceless pep talk for Peyton Manning:

"Disappointed that your season ended so soon? Understandable. One-and-done is a bummer. But remember that you have a Super Bowl ring. Your legacy is secure. So use your extra free time to film some more commercials. I think there's a mortuary in Bloomington you don't yet endorse."

Love it! Hilarious! I love peyton! I can hear his voice through these. ha ha!

As a Cowboys fan I am upset about the game yesterday. I watched it at the ESPN club right before going to the Magic Kingdom for extra Magic hours. In fact after extra Magic hours I went to Polynesian to get a non-alcohol drink, before going back to the AllStars (AllStars was the hotel that I stayed at for this trip) > Since I was upset about the game I just felt like going to the Polly and having a drink made from fruit juice and sitting down and taking it easy.

As to why the Cowboys lost, well I think we all should remember 2 things about the NFL. 1. Any team can win on any given day! 2. On any given day any team can be beat! > Also win you have division rivals playing eachother you have to really remember those 2 things.

Also the Giants are a tough team. If the Giants go on to win the Super Bowl this year, I will not be surprised. In fact before the Cowboys and Giants game I was thinking whoever wins this game can very well go on the win the Super Bowl, because they are both tough teams.

I am not saying that I think the Giants are going to beat the Packers. If you asked me who I thought would win between the Packers and the Giants I would tell you I don't know. I think it's going to be a close game. The Packers have the advantage since they are at home and everything, but I have a feeling about the Giants.

As for the Chargers and New England. Well if it's the Giants and the Chargers I just don't know who would win that game. If it's New England and the Giants, well the odds would favor New England and if I had to pick who would win that game I guess I would go with New England (once my Cowboys are out, I don't always like to pick who will win) > Okay New England will most likely win the Super Bowl, but I will not be surprised if we see the Giants get their third Super Bowl ring on Feb 3rd. Like I said I just have a feeling about the Giants.

Eli Manning may not have won the MVP of the year or anything, but right now he is doing what he has to do to win the game. I know he has to go out to Green Bay next week and maybe play in the snow and everything and I know many people feel that the Packers are a better team than the Giants. But it seems like Eli just keeps finding ways to win, I am not sure if I can explain what I want to explain any better. Also the Giants have a lot of other really good players on their team.

As for the Cowboys I am upset that we lost. But I am very happy with what the Cowboys did this year. We went 13-3 in the regular season, and we made it to the second round playoffs and I really believe that we are going to be a very good team for a long time. I might go to Publix later and I am still going to wear my Dallas Cowboys stuff even though we lost. Even if the Cowboys would have went 0-16 this year I would still support them.

Next year I believe that the Dallas Cowboys will have a great year and I think we have what it takes to get back into the playoffs and I believe we will win a playoff game soon  I also believe that we will get a 6th Super Bowl ring soon :king:

I also want to say that Terrell Owens is a good man. The way he defended his quarterback yesterday was Awesome. I was at the Polynesian when I saw Terrell Owens on tv talking about the game. Terrell Owens is Awesome :king::king::king:
GO GIANTS!!!!!!!

Did you see many people at WDW with football team shirts on? Was one team more represented than the others?

It was a high of about 3 here today in Chicago with no appreciable difference in forecast tomorrow. According to the Weather Channel, it will be 0 with -14 wind chill at kick-off in Green Bay. And get colder as the game goes on.
