Arbitrary Changes in Dark Rides: The Tigger Plywood

I’ve always wondered how the Fantasyland Darkrides have changed throughout the years. However, I wasn’t expecting this. I was looking for a POV of the Pooh attraction from 1999. Upon watching the Tigger scene, there appears to be two flat Tigger cutouts where 3 Dimensional Tiggers exist today. The seem to have added the 3D Tiggers...the very next year, and would later add a moving tail in the bushes.

So my question is, what other Disney Dark Rides have had these seemingly random, but nice, changes?

Interesting! All I can think of is that maybe the Tigger animatronics for those scenes were still being built, and the plywood Tiggers were placeholders?

I think they recently took out the storybook page of Pooh, Eeyore and Tigger in the unload area too, for what it's worth.

I think one of the most famous of these instances is when the Three Caballeros animatronics replaced a screen in the grand finale of the Gran Fiesta Tour at EPCOT. They were transferred there from Tokyo Disneyland’s Mickey Mouse Revue attraction after it closed.

Keep in mind that Pooh replaced Toad (which was filled with those). Toad closed in late '98 so this was probably a stop gap.
