Apartments in Celebration

Hi, I was wondering how much apartments in celebrations were. I'm moving out to Orlando for college, and I'll be participating in the Disney College Program so I wanted to live as close as possible.
Any information on this would be great,

I would say 1000 a month is a LOW BALL estimate for a 1 room. Our old apartment (3 years ago) was 1200 for a 2 room in georgetown. Once again, 3 years ago.

There aren't apartments any longer in Celebration, except individual garage apartments. No complexes as such.

But there're plenty of condos and single family homes for rent.

Rent.com shows a 1/1 condo at $1000 a month 2/2 are about $1275 and up and 3/2 start at about $1650.

Housing in Celebration is crazy. You would probbaly do better looking outside in other developments.

I went house hunting in Celebration 2 years ago and the place gave me a weird feeling (don't mean to offend anyone who lives there). I felt as if the agents were told to check everyone out before they showed houses to make sure that they "fit" in. I dind't end up buying because they houses and taxes were both higher than comparables in NJ (!) and I had the feeling that being a widowed mother of 4 and Native American made me less than desireable.
