i was there on sat. and i got a free sketch of mickey with the paintbrush and the guy who drew it for me said he worked at the animation academy at DQ and that one of the artists there actually worked on Lilo and Stitch when they still did animation here

I remember when the game was first announced they said they were taking Mickey back to his ornery, fun roots. Now, at the time I thought that was in general, but it seems it was just for the game. Is there any news of us seeing a "retro" fun loving Mickey either in the parks or in some new movies or shorts?

Once Upon a Toy says they will carry it at launch on the 30th in their advertised video game headquarters. Nothing more than just having it.

Actually, it's more aimed for all ages and in playtesting, kids tend to get it better then the adults. More willing to actually experiment or you know, actually play.

If Disney licensed the art to Hot Topic to sell items, which they have, then it's geared toward an older age.

Hot Topic sells a ton of cartoon merchandise to their legions of goth poser zombies. Doesn't mean it's exclusively aimed to that audience.

Ugh. Kingdom Hearts. Don't get me started...

...though I would add that the last time I was in Innoventions (2004?) they had a display set up in one corner. Just a few consoles running a demo level or something and some big display elements above it. It looked like had all been created for E3 and then brought to Florida.

Was this for the game boy game because that's the game that came out that year. The origanol came out in 2002 so it'd be odd to have it there.
