Any top notch Disney World planners?

Back in the day I recall using an online tool (might have even cost me a few bucks but can't remember), anything this thing asked all kind of questions about what resort you were staying at, a complete list of rides to pick from etc etc etc and basically gave you an itinerary you could follow to some extent.

Is there even such a tool that exists today? I'm basically in a holding pattern for my planned trip next year because some personal things cropped up so may have to put it off a few months or maybe even into 2021... but I want to be sure I have a solid game plan and there's just so much info to try absorbing and for me that's nearly impossible. My mind is like a sponge that's can't absorb. Back in the day we didn't have to worry about booking everything in advance. I was able to get last minute reservations and get on every ride and believe it or not... I never need any kind of FastPass etc. So I know I'll end up totally missing important stuff and end up making the trip miserable. I'm already stressing... SMH.

You can subscribe to Touring Plans and make plans for each park. You choose the attractions, shows, meals, breaks you want and it will come up with the best way to fit it all in, plus suggest the best FPs to go for.

Otherwise you need a specialist TA. Kingdom Konsultants are the board sponsor and will do all that for you, and book the ADRs etc. Several of their agents are members of the forums. Here’s Pam’s email address to get you started:

another vote for touring plans. i subscribe before every trip.

Now a note on adr's and let me say this is just MY personal style. this mantra that you have to have adr's or your trip is totally screwed (someone literally said this,) imo is false and just makes folks stress needlessly. I rarely make adr's and my family and I somehow miraculously manage to eat 1 sit down a night. now some caveats.

1) we really don't have any "must do" restaurants. there are many wdw restaurants that we like but life won't end if we miss one of them.
2) of course if you want crt or the one that is beauty and the beast inspired (I forgot it's name) then make an adr.
3) we don't go in full summer when it's packed. common sense should kick in and remind folks that if the parks are jammed pack, an adr makes it easier.

Ok how do we manage to do it.

1) push your dining times back or ahead one hour. again, common sense should kick in and say the normal eating times are going to be packed. noon time everyone wants to eat lunch. we never eat lunch at noon.

2) consider leaving the parks. I have walk up to Olivia's at OKW, all the time, as recently as last August. imo some of your best food is actually at the resorts not the parks.

3) be adventurous, try that cuisine that you wouldn't think to try.

4) go on line the day before and see what's available (this maybe a bit harder if youhave a large party size but it works well if you have 4)
For example I just went on line to check for dinner tomorrow night at 530 pm. it came up with 163 availability all over the place.

Planning a Disney trip years ago is totally different than planning the same trip now! Before you never had to pre plan anything, now you have to plan your trip BEFORE your trip, which makes it stressful. I would suggest research everything that is A MUST DO. Get FP+ for those MUST DO's. I personally stay off property to save some money, Disney is already getting enough of my cash and I will only be in the room to sleep, shower and shave. Unless you stay on property in a resort room and PLAN on spending at least a day just as a resort day, I would stay off property. There are a lot of 3+ star hotels that can be reserved for half of what WDW charges for those SO CALLED VALUE RESORTS at $119.00+ per night!
Always ask question on here, you will no doubt get some great answers!

It does take a lot of pre-planning to go to Disney World and make the most of your time when you are there. A TA would be helpful without any extra cost to you, plus they do all of the booking for you, give you ideas of what all will be going on while you are there, etc.
If you don't want to use a TA, then touring plans is very helpful or just researching the different aspects of your vacation that you want to know off of WDWMagic too. There are so many helpful people on here. I'm sure you will have a magical time!
