Take it slow, don't be upset if you cant do every thing and one thing I did last trip I never have done was just sit down for a little and relax, maybe in the water play area at MK ? That way kids are occupied (bring extra clothes for each child they will get soaked) Have a great time, I never thought experiencing Disney with children would be fun, but its the best seeing my children's faces is the best gift.

Make sure you slow down and enjoy the little things. Look up, look down. Take time to notice the theme and ambiance of where you are. Be it a land or a ride. If you cant ride something, it just gives you an excuse to come back eventually. Take breaks during the day and go back later if need be. Have a great trip!!

To expand on taking it slowly...

I know I can be guilty of overdoing it by overplanning it. Going back to the hotel, or even checking out some of the monorail loop resorts, can be quite refreshing, especially when it is hot. I always want to cram as much in as possible, but usually have enough time do to everything. IMO the real fun at Disney happens once it gets dark, so a break during the day is worth it.

I'm afraid it will be too cold to swim....
Art of Animation has an amazing pool, and I suggest you take swim suits in case you think it's warm enough. The entire hotel is very cool though, you could probably spend some afternoons looking around. They also have fun poolside activities. If you want to, you could also walk around other resorts, especially ones on the Magic Kingdom monorail loop.

Bring umbrellas. Unless it is pouring, just pop up an umbrella and continue on. Watch the weather forecast or check the weather online. Bring light jackets for the evening. Don't be afraid to sleep in or go in early. Use the rider switch pass for any attractions that your younger children are too small for but the older ones may wish to do.

Unless something has changed, all of the pools are heated to 80 degrees. Last Feb when we were there it would get down to about 35 at night then get up to low 80's during the day.

Make sure to bring bandaids! Even little kids get blisters. :(

Pace yourself, please take advantage of the fast passes. Hydrate! I suggest maybe going to the Walmart on 535 to get a few things you can get cheaper in there versus inside the parks. OR Go to Amazon and order for them to deliver things to your room. :) We did that.

Make sure and take lots of snacks! Don't underestimate the amount of calories you burn walking around Disney. We learned very quickly to make sure we all had something to eat every two hours or so. Have a great time!
