American Adventures in Dining?

I have always found that the World Showcase had great dining experiences except for our own country America (yes, I know we are the "super-size me" nation of burgers and fries). If you were to add a "sit down" restaurant to the America Pavilion, what item would you add to the menu to showcase your region?

I was born in Nebraska, so I would have roasted corn on the cob.
I lived in the Chicago suburbs, thus Chicago deep dish pizza
I now live in Alabama, Y'all got to have fried green tomatoes.

What would you add?

The pickles have that bite to them...and you dip them in a remoulade sauce..if you want...If you ike dill pickles you will love them...

You can make them.....
Its easy..just get some fish fry or any kind of batter you like,..beer batter ..cornmeal batter..whatever..and do it yourself,
There are recipes online for them also..
