called today looking for a december 10th in and december 11th out, was told none available, can that be possible or are all the rooms not ready for use?

Im not certain you can do a one night stay. I think there is a minimum of two nights unless they have gone back to pre pandemic booking.

Very possible especially on a Saturday where alot of trips overlap. There is still availability on moderates outside of booking directly with WDW (tripadvisor, expedia, etc). I see Port Orleans at $391 and Coronado at $368. Swan Reserve is another onsite option at $436.

all that is available, why would anyone pay 900.00 for deluxe, a room is a room.

I'd go with one of the Disney Springs hotels over All-Stars for that price.

All-Stars was ok when I could get it for $70! Those were the days.
