It might be still there. I've never really looked.

Walt and Walter had a friendly competition between them. Knotts had the first hidden queue that Walt used for Pirates. There is still a lot of history that Cedar Fair hasn't completely erased yet. Not sure if most things would have survived if Disney bought them out.

It’s fun to think that the man who created Splash Mountain was at the opening day of the Timber Mountain Log Ride, Inspiration as well as a devout fan indeed.

That's great! New bands. Last year it seemed like it was just Hiatus and Suffragettes which are really the same band with a rotation of members. They are also the Mad T Party band at DCA. Both are made up of ex-Disneyland cast members that formed their own talent agency.

Mic Dangerously & The Royal We are also the Jelly of the Month Club during the Peanuts Celebration.

I remember seeing Tomasina at the Tomorrowland Stage back in late 90s. I'm pretty sure she is a vampire.

1. You want to be able to criticize this guy but you want him to stop complaining.

Glad you tried to get it straight, as your understanding is a bit off. I have no problem with youtubers complaining. My issue is when someone presents themselves as some type of authority and is using incredibly incorrect information. We all knew that the plan for MR was to change the station and launch sequence experience, not to remove the loop or change the track layout. This has been known for awhile. Yet he has constantly claimed that CF was so dumb for removing the loop from the design and selling the narrative that the loop was not an intended part of the finished product. Creating fake outrage due to him not taking 10 minutes to research the video essay he was creating.

If you have a platform and want people to respect you as some type of authority on what you speak, you should take some care into ensuring what you are saying is in fact correct.

I went to Knott's last week for the first time in about 35 years (last time was when I was 5 of 6 years old).

It's a decent park. It's clearly not on the same tier as a Disney or Universal park (yet the pricing of $60/person with parking and all day drinks included was nice). The Calico / Ghost Town areas reminded me a lot of Silver Dollar City. Ghostrider might be my new favorite roller coaster. My kids loved the Timber Mountain Log Ride (and I can see where the inspiration for Splash / Tiana's came from). Sierra Sidewinder was a fun "kiddie" coaster. I loved the Calico Mine Ride.

Some other notes:

Berry Tales seemed like a rip off of TSMM but nowhere near as good.

I'd heard great things about Calico River Rapids but it seemed to be missing something. Jaguar, which my kids loved, also seemed to be missing something.

Xelerator and Pony Express are fun, short coasters. Pony Express reminded me of a "mini" version of Tron.

Silver Bullet is a great coaster but, as others have said, seems very out of place with its location in the park.

Knotts did a terrible job of queue management. Rides were constantly running with open seats.

The Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner restaurant is a hidden gem and the food seemed really good for the price.

All in all, I'd definitely go there again and it is a great little park.
