Hubby is day dreaming of an Apple Mule he had at the poolside bar at All-Star sports. Ring any bells to you guys? We have looked all over for a recipe but no luck! We had it in September 2017, so it’s been a while and it’s no longer on any of the pool bar menus. Him and our BIL are craving them ever since we hit our “2 years since our last trip”. Would love to make their day and find them a recipe!

Knowing Disney it was more than likely Jim Beam Apple since they seem to work with them directly having other drinks offered resort wide with other Jim Beam products.

Apple Bourbon Kentucky Mule (from Jim Beams site)

Ingredients:
2 parts Jim Beam Apple Bourbon
4 mint leaves
1/2 part apple cider
Fill with Ginger Beer

Muddle mint leaves with cider. Add bourbon and Ice. Shake. Strain into mule glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Add green apple garnish.

Hopefully it's the drink you were looking for

I'd find a high quality Ginger Beer bc that makes a big difference...
