If it is $450 why does it look like something you buy at Party City for Halloween?

If she visited on an Oogie Boogie Bash party date rules are laxed and adults are allowed to dress up. As long as they follow the costume guidelines.

Are these at night and these photos are clearly taken in the day.

Yes Disney allows you to enter the park with a Bash Ticket 2pm or 3pm depending on the day. They really dont check if you have a Bash ticket so you could go to the park dressed all day if you wanted to even as an AP or regular ticke holder you just could not attend the bash. They are really laxed on party days.

Lily Allen is British and the websites propagating the story are all British, so they don't know the difference between Disneyland and Disney World. She was definitely at Disney World. I looked at the videos and I'm pretty sure they were at Magic Kingdom. Little Mermaid is there, so it makes sense. Also, she posted a pic on her IG the next day hugging Chewie and the caption says "at WaltDisneyWorld" in it. This makes the Oogie Boogie theory moot.

The costumes rules are the same there, right? As someone above said, she's rich, so she can do what she wants. She was probably with a plaid anyway, so I doubt anyone would mistake her for a face character.
