Would love to hear what everyone thinks about the choices for our ADR's. Is it too much planning for them? Not enough? Any places better? Let me know. DW, me 6 yo DD and 1yo DS.

I think the Brown Derby dinner package is definitely worth it if you want to see Fantasmic.
Are you eating at Kona Cafe for breakfast or dinner? I'v eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and was not very impressed with lunch or dinner, but I would probably recommend breakfast if it's not out of your way and you want to sit down for breakfast.
And where are you going to eat lunch before the Candlelight Processional? Are you doing the package? If you can narrow it down I can give you suggestions on which WS restaurant is best.

Was going to do Kona for dinner..

but open for suggestions. With the extra hours at MK thought of being a boat or monorail ride away for dinner. Open to any suggestions for a dinner that night and for any lunch or dinner for the candlelight procession.

Well, I really recommend Liberty Tree Tavern, in Liberty Square at MK and you could just stay there... but it looks like you already have two character meals so I don't know if that's a character-overload.
As for an Epcot restaurant, my favorites are Biergarten (Germany), Rose & Crown (UK), and Le Cellier (Canada) (I would also say Nine Dragons in China but it's closed). Wherever you decide to eat, if you're wanting to do the Processional you definitely want to book the dinner package! It's VERY worth it (unless you like waiting 2-3 hours for it).

Great

I love it. Chef mickeys is always a must do for me. I also do enjoy the the ground derby too. The dinning package always works out for me and the filet is amazing their. I love the lineup now i want to come join too!

The only thing different I would do is ditch one of the Whispering Canyon meals. BUT, Im the type that likes to eat at a different place every sit down meal (which for me is usually just dinner) every day. On my trip, it acutally, accidentally, ended up that our days in the parks were dictated by where we were having dinner that day. We didnt realize that until after we got back :ROFLOL::hammer:BUT it was still fun.

where would you do breakfast in or near DHS?

Looking at going to DHS or Epcot and looking for a good breakfast either at a resort near or in one of the parks.

Good Luck getting in Le Cellier if you don't already have reservations. I called 3 weeks ago and was told they are booked until October for lunch and dinner. But keep checking back, I hear they have cancellations regularly.

The only sit-down places are Captain's Grille (a non-character buffet and table service at Yacht Club) and Spoodles (table service at the Boardwalk). I've eaten at both and liked both. You can look at the menus here and here.

12/13 1900 Park Fare 5:30pm We had a great dinner here on our last trip
12/14 Whispering Canyon 8:30am Probably our favorite breakfast on property The Brown Derby 5:30pm with Fantasmic show package Good to get the package, but this place didn't "do it" for us, sure the food was good, but not worth 2 credits (or the money) for us
12/15 Kona Cafe 7:30 We are trying this for the 1st time in Dec as well
12/16 Trails End Buffett 10am Hoop Dee Doo 5:00pm Never done either of these
12/17 Lunch with candlelight processional We haven't done candlelight before, but we do like Le Cellier and Rose and Crown
12/18 Chef Mickeys 1030am Lots of fun Whispering Canyon 7PM I know you're at WL so this is a good place to try 2 different meals. We are doing this with Ohana seeing as we'll be @ Poly. It allows you to decide which meal you prefer, for your next visit :slurp:
