That picture brought back a memory I was trying to repress! One year the DW & I booked a 1BR @ Boulder Ridge, the view from our window was that loading dock!!! FYI they do get deliveries @ 3AM!!

They don’t have that kinda overflow for dvc

Dvc is not hotel rooms…it’s timeshare…

The accounting is different therefore the rules are different
