ABC to make Titanic mini-series

Please stop ABC! You guys ruined "V" You take a good old fashioned alien invasion concept and turn it into a crappy love story soap opera thing. I can only imagine what they will do with the Titanic!
Did you ever see the original "V?" Pretty 80's craptastic in its own right.....

This is a no-brainer for ABC who has ALREADY done one Titanic mini-series, which has all the costumes and sets and props in storage, and can easily do this without major investment, and still end up with some great product.
Whatever the previous poster said about V (which I liked) their CGI is quite amazing at ABC Studios...I expect this will be quite good.
