A little late for a reservation...

I've got a Splash Mountain FP at 9:05 am and a BOG breakfast reservation for 9:35 am. How late can I arrive at BOG without them dumping my dining reservation?

I doubt you will be late at all.
Splash will be a walk on especially since you have a FP.
There is n o set time of how late you can be.
Unofficially you can probably be about 15 minutes late without them charging a no show fee.
If there was a good reason you could probably show up an hour late and they'd still take you like if you get stuck on Splash and need to be evacuated etc.

You can scan the fastpass at 9:00...Worst case you're getting on the ride at 9:10....12-13minutes of ride time...leaving Frontierland ~9:25-9:30...any issues it's easily explainable to BOG staff.

In my experience, cast members only get cranky about an ADR when you're at least 30 minutes late. Generally, they can take a look at you and tell whether you've had one of those days where they shouldn't say anything about it, too.

Cast members are just the best.

We got stuck on a ride once and GS had computer issues once. Late to our ADRs in those cases by about 15 or 20 mins. GS said they'd make sure they knew we were coming at least

Scan in at 9am and you will be fine though I think
