So when a tropical storm hits and it is going to rain/storm with 20+ mph winds will they cancel this event? Of course first time we ever buy tickets a tropical storm hits on the exact day

Are you talking about the Thursday or Friday of this week?

That potential storm isn’t even formed yet and the track is very much unknown. The GFS model is currently an outlier on tracking so we don’t even know what will happen at this point.

Yes, they will cancel and refund in such a situation if they're cancelling fireworks and the stage show and the parade.

Thursday. Just going off current forecasts and trying to plan for any situation. I totally get weather can change in three days

They are. But between the "Halloween Adults" and parents with a massive case of FOMO for little Johnny and Susie, they pay. Oh, they pay...
Then they aren't too expensive. If people keep paying for them, and they keep selling out year after year, they are NOT too expensive. They might be too expensive for you, but not the objective market.
