Yeah, I think they had to do a lot of waterproofing and it takes time without shutting everything down.

I was thinking of offering a crew for a day to knock it out. If they pay the same as the long way I could make disney bucks off of the job.

Agreed, this is taking too long.
I joked that the Moana crew is switching back and forth between this and that, but it sure looks like they do some work, stop, then do some work, then stop again.

Although this seems like a minor issue, this should be brought up in a shareholder call.

To be fair, this is a side street and doesn't really have much of an impact. But the length of time so far is really head-scratching.
