Are bar rails open in the restaurants at Disney Springs? I assume they have limited seating in order to accomodate social distancing...

From the vlogs I have seen Yes many bars are open for dining in and or just having a drink though the seating available is down to a minimum.

it also depends on how close the bar is to the bartender due to social distancing. At Tambu for example you cannot sit at the bar.

Just last week bars statewide opened to 50% capacity. So now it's up to each individual establishment.
