Looking around at the trackers, most lines seem to be anchoring their vessels or moving about at low speeds (6kn seemed to be frequent) I'm sure the interior crew has had their hands full doing deep cleaning and maintenance work that they can't typically get to during a turnover.
Several cast members have posted videos from on board them empty ships:

According to this one they dock once per week for gas/supplies

Has anyone seen anything about the Bahamas not letting in Americans?
I heard this on the news this morning. I also received an email from DCL today and they are following the CDC’s guidelines in regards to the no sail order through September. DCL’s statement cancelled sailings through September 30th.

Update:
Disney Cruise Line Extends Suspension of All Departures Through at Least December 6, 2020

As we continue to refine health and safety protocols for our future return to service and await direction from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Disney Cruise Line has decided to further extend its suspension of new sailings.

Sailings are cancelled on board the Disney Fantasy through December 6; the Disney Dream and Disney Wonder through December 11; and the Disney Magic through December 12.

Guests booked on affected sailings who have paid their reservation in full will be offered the choice of a cruise credit to be used for a future sailing or a full refund. Guests who have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far. Affected Guests and travel agents will receive an email from Disney Cruise Line outlining details and next steps.

Guests who booked their reservation through a travel agent should contact them directly with any questions. Those who booked directly with Disney Cruise Line and have questions after receiving their email should call (866) 325-6685 or (407) 566-7797.

It will be a slow ramp-up likely introducing guests with just one ship offering cruises just to Castaway Cay.
We talked about this in another thread, but the Bahamian government has said that they would likely not allow this. If ships are coming to the Bahamas, the government wants them to come to Nassau. (Not just DCL, but anybody with a private island in the Bahamas.)

Better tell that to all the cruise lines planning to lean heavily on their private islands. I suspect if a cruise line says, “we will stop at the private island-only to work out our protocols for Nassau’s safety before returning there in a few months,” they’ll get approval. Everyone wants to be certain the ships can sail safely, and they need to have actual cruises to determine that. The other option is to start allowing cruises to no where again.
