I was at the MK on Sunday and there was no construction going on near the exit of the ride. Maybe they are repainting some of the ride vehicles which really could use a touch up.

The refurb and the (forthcoming) construction work are not connected - they are building a shop at the end of the ride.

Just so you know, that link doesn't take you to the Buzz Lightyear update for Jan 30. The last entry for the rumors on that particular page is for Jan 23/Space Mountain loosing Fed Ex sponsership.

Yup the rehab is all inside, and there will be no walls up.

They may cover the windows so you can't see in to the attraction.

woohoo! i'm so happy they're going to refurb the ride.. the vehicles looked awful after these past few years..

I think I even posted about this same thing when we joined up on 8/01!!!
