3 Caballeros or Wall-E sightings??

Has anyone seen any of the Caballeros in Epcot/Mexico recently? We've never been able to meet Jose Carioca but when we were there in February I was told he may start showing up again during Flower & Garden.
Also, how about Wall-E?? I thought I read he may start showing up at the Studios sometime in the spring before movie release.

Technically speaking all 3 Cabelleros are scheduled to be in Mexico daily. However it doesn't quite always work like that. Especially Jose, he tends to be the most difficult one to find.
