There is a little bit of information on the NASCAR voting for those who didn't get inducted.

For the Modern era section of the ballot, Ricky Rudd and the late Neil Bonnett are the top 2 that did not get inductees.

Hershel Mcgriff was second in the pioneer voting.

There is something to keep an eye. NASCAR on NBC Twitter account mentioned the President of Toyota Racing development said they are having a plan trying to keep Erik Jones manufacturer's camp beyond this season.

That statement has nothing mentioned about Jones still being with Joe Gibbs Racing and Erik Jones contract is up after this season.

Texas Motor Speedway announced fans are allowed to attend the cup race on July 19th. The race track will not allow fans to attend the Truck and Xfinity series races there.

An exact amount of fans allowed was not given. There is some details mentioned. The race track said modified protocols will include social distancing in the grandstands and concession lines; enhanced cleaning and sanitation in high-touch, high-traffic public areas; added hand-sanitizer stations; limited guests in suites; and infield admission for race team and operational personnel only.

NASCAR news. According to Jeff Gluck, 2 employees from the Stewart-Haas race shop has tested positive for the coronavirus, but didn't know who. What is known is the 2 employees do not go to any NASCAR due to their job description. Jeff Gluck is one of the people who covers auto racing. Stewart-Haas also acknowledged their race shop has 2 employees with the coronavirus.

I did road that NASCAR teams have a policy that they keep their road and shop crews separate.

Noose was found in Bubba Wallace's Garage at Talladega. NASCAR is doing an investigation on it. NASCAR is doing a banned for life policy for the person whoever did this.

Fans did not put the noose in the cup garage unless there is a major security breach. Fans did not have access in the infield and that means no way for them go to any NASCAR team garage at the race track.

Who was allowed in the infield is Track employee, NASCAR employee, or Race Team member. I do not know if media members have access to the NASCAR team garages.

There is an update on this. The FBI is now in charge of the criminal investigation.

Everything is pin point to there not being a security breach. NASCAR has garage policy during the Coronavirus that does not allow certain people. NASCAR claimed Security was very tight at Talladega before the noose incident.

There must be some race fans that see their favorite driver supporting Bubba and think it's like finding out they don't actually drink beer.

It came out today that Officials at the Sonoma Raceway are conducting an investigation after "piece of twine tied in what appeared to be a noose" was found on the property on Saturday. This way found before the noose found in the Bubba Wallace Garage stall.

The location of that being found was found hanging from a tree behind a former administrative office based on what I read.

The FBI said no federal charges would be filed after a noose was found in Bubba Wallace’s garage stall at Talladega on Sunday.

What Happened was the noose had been in the garage stall since the fall of 2019. The Wood Brothers had the stall with the Noose in Fall of 2019. One of Wood brothers employees remembered seeing a rope tied into a noose in October of 2019.

That noose actually was used as a garage door opening mechanism according to the FBI.

NASCAR President Steve Phelps did say that NASCAR still investigating the situation as to why there was a noose fashioned from the rope.

NASCAR and Bristol Motor Speedway made announcements for the all star race.

NASCAR announced a "choose rule" for the all star race. A Choose rule will allow drivers to choose which lane they line up in for restarts.

The Open Format has 3 stages. The first 2 are 35 stages each and the final is 15 stages. The winners of the 3 stages go to the all star race along with the Fan vote winner.

The All Star Race has 4 stages. The first has 55 laps. The next 2 has 35 laps each. The final stage has 15 laps. Green laps only count in the final stage. There also will be unlimited attempts at a green, white, checkered finish in the final stage.

It was announced that Bristol Motorspeedway All-Star race has to wear mask coverings in common areas. The common areas are gates, restrooms, concessions, souvenir stands, elevators, concourses and suite-level hallways.

The track stated mask coverings are not required when fans are at their seat.

Jimmie Johnson has tested positive for the coronavirus:(. It sounds like Jimmie actually not experienced coronavirus symptoms. His wife tested positive after experiencing allergy-like symptoms. Another concern has to be for Jimmie's daughters since their parents have the coronavirus. The two daughters are 9 and 6 years old.

There are steps that Jimmie has to take for getting back into the car. Jimmie has to be symptom free and has two negative coronavirus test results, at least 24 hours apart. He also has to be cleared by his physician.

NASCAR did give Jimmie Johnson a playoff wavier.

Justin Alligiar is the replacement driver in the 48 for the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400.
