Are there any other prior meetings were they announced Park news and does it happen frequently enough that we should expect them to make announcements related to SW:GE or any other projects at the Parks? Seems they would just vote on various mergers, board members, etc and announce financials.

They announced the names of the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy at a shareholders meeting in 2009. I believe opening dates have been revealed at past meetings as well. A few times things have been unintentionally revealed at shareholders meeting such as when Eisner slipped and mentioned Everest.
